Orders are generally processed and scheduled for delivery from our supply warehouses for delivery on a "as soon as possible" basis this generally occurs within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order has been processed and payment for your order has been received unless a delivery date change request is made by you the customer after you the customer receives an initial order tracking number and information regarding the expected delivery date via the delivery company as arranged by our supply warehouses.

Delivery exclusion zones

Products may not be deliverable to remote or regional areas due to distance and or accessibility by our delivery partners please check shipping information before attempting to making any purchase.

You may be able to have products delivered to your nearest regional town which has a transport depot it is advised to contact them before placing any order or purchase to ensure they will accept and store your delivery until you are able to arrange collection. You the customer will be responsible for arranging pickup or delivery from this point.

Multiple product purchases:

Please be aware that products are sourced and shipped from multiple supplier warehouses in different locations so when placing a multiple product order shipping and delivery times may vary for each product. Order confirmation and tracking information will be supplied for each individual product if being supplied from different supply warehouses.

Shipping Charges: 

Please note: that in some cases the customer may incur an extra shipping charge if delivery is attempted and customer is unavailable to accept delivery on the date specified by the courier unless otherwise advised.

It is strongly advised that you as the customer specify a preferred delivery date window of two to three days to ensure you are available to accept delivery and or give us time to reschedule the delivery date from our supply warehouses.

This can be done via your shopping cart page in the " special instructions to seller" window before proceeding to checkout and placing an order this information is forwarded to the relevant supply warehouse and relevant delivery courier before delivery is scheduled.

*Disclaimer: Whilst we make every effort to arrange delivery on a day most suitable to you the customer we can not guarantee our delivery partners will be able to provide delivery on that date. We do appreciate as much advance notice as possible by you the customer of your preferred delivery date window to eliminate failed delivery attempts by our delivery partners and avoid possible extra delivery charges to you the customer.

 

Refund policy

greenzoneaustralia only accepts and processes refund requests for products which are delivered damaged defective or not in original condition as supplied by the product manufacturer.

We do not accept "change of mind" requests once the product and or products have been delivered to your specified address. You may however cancel your order and request a refund before your order is dispatched from our supply warehouses.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund we require a receipt of your purchase order or other proof of purchase including your name - address - phone number - email address - date of purchase and product description to ensure refunds are processed quickly and efficiently.

Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase we will not consider issuing a refund.

Product Returns

In order to return an order you must contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly re-packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is returned damaged defective or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it then we may reject a refund.
